ADHD Hyperfocus
Hyperfocus doesn't go away - like working 7 hours straight and crashing after or living like I have a motor in my back and then sleeping a full day a week, the difference now is that I understand the "why" and space is made to manage this phenomenon.
People considering me organized and smart to an acceptable degree made it more difficult to get an updated/clear diagnosis.
Anxiety only happened when was out of control and when hyperfocus was not managed via a full-on "sleep" day with or without insomnia (hyperfocus and crash are stand-alone issues that my version/manifestation of ADHD has and it would happen with or without other sleep problems that come and go as medication side-effects.
