Proper Procedures Make It Safe to Disconnect

I expect to disconnect and be free from thinking about my business or business-related communications on consecutive un-interrupted time off on the daily because "on" time should not encroach on "off" time, I now view this as bare minimal health, I love that for me.

You can't disconnect from overlap and chaos as it never ends and makes you re-do work (the same way that sabotage disguised as unwanted help would) rather than make progress, you can disconnect safely with systems and clear structure which is how I like to run my business - like a business. 

Everyone doing their own respective part is normally enough, as with proper procedures and role clarity - all else is a set-up for imbalance and lopsided deals. Progress doesn't work in a zoo, so save the chaos for genuine exceptions rather than your mode of operation. Efficiency the right to disconnect, those who are into their craft and there to make true progress will respect everyone else's time off for wellness with ease.

I would not spend limited rest time on my business even if I am the Founder, I really don't believe in that type of nonsense. I work efficiently so I can disconnect on time like the human-with-a-life that I am and I love seeing hustle culture dismantled because it's inhumane.
