I will answer through blog posts because insurance doesn't let me give advice 1 on 1 outside a coaching relationship (and I am scaling back)...

But I need ideas as I don't do this to entertain myself, feel free to send topics you want covered to info@selfloveandfitness.com (DM's do not get checked) and if it general enough to be coverable by blog posts, then I use it as a blog topic.
