Don't Be Scapegoated
This lesson comes from a lifetime of being ganged up on from being different for the entirety of my teens and later in various situations:
Hate from the gate implies hating on someone they do not know at all, so how would you appeasing or becoming more likeable (despite already showing acts of service and being personable rather than personal) solve their own inner issues?
Making you the solution implies that it's your responsibility to appease them, but it is not the solution.
Don't let anybody scapegoat you into thinking that you caused their hatred as that stems from within them and it started long before you crossed paths.
I don't choose my paths based on who likes me or not or who thinks I should be doing this or that instead, I am not living for anyone's validation but my own and God's.
