Thank you for your interest in submitting a blog or news article to our website. To ensure a smooth process and increase the chances of your submission being accepted, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Clear Email Subject: Please make sure to use a clear and descriptive subject line in your email. This helps us manage multiple inquiries effectively.

  2. Post Pricing: The cost for a lifetime post is $300 - $350 CAD for information-based articles or a reasonable quantity of product (tangible products not services) if we love the product you're looking to promote for promotional posts (no fat loss pills or skinny teas, no MLM affiliations), depending on the length of the article and the administrative effort required for formatting and creating link-backs. Prices are subject to change at anytime with no forewarning. 

  3. Product Link-Backs: We allow link-backs to relevant products, as long as they are different from the products available in our e-commerce section.

  4. Restrictions on Personal Training and Nutrition Services: We do not accept link-backs or promotions for other personal training or nutrition services. However, we do accept food and nutrition-related product placements or promotions, excluding coaching services.

  5. Complete Initial Inquiry: In your initial inquiry, please include the fully created article and all relevant content. This helps us avoid unnecessary back-and-forth and save everyone time. The article should focus on topics related to medical, health, nutrition, fitness, wellness, meditation, or similar areas. Please ensure that you have a draft submission ready to include in your inquiry before making an inquiry. The drafts of articles we do not include will simply be deleted.

  6. Fit with Brand Guidelines: Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee automatic acceptance. We will review your submission to ensure it aligns with our brand guidelines first. We cannot get back to everyone, we can only respond to submissions in which we are interested.

  7. Content Relevance: Submissions must be focused on fitness, exercise, nutrition, wellness, or related topics. The content should be informative, engaging, and offer value to our readers. Ensure that your article aligns with our website's mission of promoting a healthy lifestyle.

  8. Originality and Uniqueness: We only accept original content. Submissions should not have been published elsewhere. Plagiarism or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others will not be accepted. If you reference external sources or cite studies, please provide proper attribution.

  9. Word Count and Formatting: Articles should be a minimum of 500 words to ensure sufficient depth and detail. Use subheadings, bullet points, and numbered lists to enhance readability. Avoid excessive use of jargon and strive for a conversational tone that appeals to a wide audience.

  10. Tone and Style: Maintain a positive, encouraging, and motivating tone throughout your article. Use a clear and concise writing style, breaking down complex concepts into easily understandable language. Back up your claims with credible sources, scientific evidence, or personal experiences where applicable.

  11. Structure: Begin your article with an engaging introduction that hooks readers and clearly states the main idea. Divide the content into logical sections with informative subheadings. Conclude your article with a concise summary or call to action that encourages readers to take action (yes, you are welcome to promote a product if you wish) or further explore the topic.

  12. Grammar and Proofreading: Ensure your submission is free from grammatical errors, typos, and spelling mistakes. Proofread your work thoroughly or have someone else review it before submission otherwise the submission risks not being accepted.

  13. Supporting Materials: Include relevant images, videos, or infographics that enhance the article's visual appeal. If you use images or videos from external sources, ensure you have the necessary permissions or provide proper credits.

  14. Author Bio and Links: Include a brief author bio written in the third person (approximately 2-3 sentences) at the end of your article. You may include a link to your personal website or social media profiles within the author bio.

  15. Submission Process: Send your article as a Word document or Google Docs link to [insert email address]. Use "Submission: [Article Title]" as the subject line of your email. Include any relevant images or multimedia files as separate attachments or provide links. We will review your submission and notify you within [2 weeks] regarding acceptance or any required revisions.

Note: While we appreciate your submission, please understand that we receive a high volume of contributions, and we may not be able to accept / publish every article we receive. We reserve the right to make edits for clarity, grammar, and formatting purposes.
