Draft meal plans for each calorie range, keep track of exact macros using ChatGpt (for calculations and running totals)
My role:
Marketing, graphic design, publishing on Amazon, writing section on how to manage macros/calories and calculating deficit or surplus
Timeline: By early April 2024?
How we work: Google Drive so we can work on our parts at the same time. Must be okay with primarily using email as communication method.
Check-in: End of March via Zoom if needed?
Pay: Based on profit sharing of sales
It could be:
- Diabetic-friendly muscle gain and fat loss
- Healthy hair and skin meal plan (also high protein)
- Anti-inflammatory meal plan (this covers a lot of ground)
- Post-partum
- Anything you find interesting and that is useful to a wider audience
All meat-friendly and then maybe show a few swap options for vegan/vegetarian/lactose-free/gluten-free, but this is a stand-alone digital product without coaching.
