One brand submitted guest blog post:
$180 one-time fee per guest blog post - lifetime posting
The content must be fully formatted with title, backlinks, header photo, logos, and spell-checked by the brand/requestor - no administrative work should take place on our part except publishing and reposting the blog to X or Twitter - backlinks are unlimited.
Past sponsored guest post example:
One blog post + X or Instagram post package:
$120 per post including both X and Instagram
All photo content, hashtags, high-resolution images must be submitted by brand/requestor.

*Product as payment is acceptable under the right circumstances from major brands in exchange for a blog post and social media posts leading up to the product review.
One-time 60-90 second lifestyle video/product placement/UGC for your brand as a health-expert for your unlimited use:
Negotiable, product is an acceptable payment depending on the circumstances. This is not a talking video, it is a lifestyle product placement-marketing style video.
*Unless it's a registered charity relating to ADHD, ADHD resources/mental health, or youth in care charities/resources, all content aside from my own - is sponsored and paid per post.
*Ad space is negotiable via affiliate links and brand product or software sponsorships. Ad space for embedded videos also welcome, but must not compete with our existing roster of fitness products obviously.
