Why programs and not traditional exercise instruction sessions?

Sessions are limited to the session itself and they don't have an end-game, so that's why they're cheaper than programs.

This is not us training side-by-side with you like a gym buddy, we're giving you knowledge, a full-on workout program, and a nutrition strategy, we will check-in with you throughout the program to troubleshoot and make any necessary tweaks as well. We're training you to know what you're doing and own it.

Program delivery is done entirely online (virtually). 

Although fitness and physical activity is encouraged for everyone, we narrowly focus on driven people who frustrated that they're not progressing faster and need the tools we offer.

Why are the programs short?

Although programs are renewable, no results-based program should last for years on end. We sell strategy and thinking changes so people can build from within.

For regulatory reasons, we serve clients virtually in Canada only.

All participants must be 18 years old of over due to the body not being fully developed until then and the challenge level of these programs.

Final sale policy:
