        Included in each variation of the program:

        1. a custom nutrition strategy (principles i.e. calorie deficit or macros, meal planning - this strategy will vary based on your unique goal).

        2. a custom 8 week fitness plan (reps and sets) based on the equipment, space and time you have available to you, while ensuring the principles of progressive overload and consistency are met.

        3. virtual coaching sessions (evenings or weekends) twice per month, in addition to e-mail/chat access to a coach throughout the program. 

        4. access to an education hub tailored to your needs. 

        5. access to wholesale pricing for fitness equipment.

        *Program delivery is online; however, the content and components are customized.

        2. Elite Maintenance Program:

        This program is available for past Elite Program clients who need an updated plan.

        Price: $409 CAD + taxes for 1 month.
