Sealing Crusty Old Wounds

God healed the part of me that used to have a bleeding and broken heart every single time I was misunderstood, at this point in my life: it's get with it or get lost. I used to get hurt way too easily and that's changing. My feelings belong inside my body, and not on my sleeve.

After testing the spirit and establishing trust, then I can relax around certain people, but it's earned now, it's not just given away like candy on Halloween like a clown.

Limits are about self-worth, not necessarily protection mode, but even then, who cares, we are worthy of protecting what we value, and we value ourselves, and our relationship with ourselves first and foremost.  

Energetic healing and protection of the energy is also very important and I will expand on this at another time, but shielding every single day at least three times a day is the bare minimum for maintenance.
