It Was Confusing
Hyperfocus often gets mistaken for OCD and anxiety, which led to me taking medication for generalized anxiety. In reality, it's ADHD that was left untreated and only worsened over time. At least now I have a clear understanding of the situation, and that's the most important thing.
Hyper-focus/guaranteed focus blocks/guaranteed recharge time without interruptions except for kids/dependents aka gym time makes up for days where we cannot refocus once the electrical circuit is broken or context-switch, so it evens out... otherwise it's burnout.
