Wear your headphones and gym shoes even if using your home exercise bike or other equipment so you can get into your "zone" and still get a lovely home-gym experience to manage your mind (or general health).
There's a convenience factor to this when I am too tired to commute, but I still want to have fun with it and create more energy from having similar factors (same shoes/same headphones so I can feel the vibe, you get me).
