FALL DRINK RECIPE TIME!
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (add more as needed)
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- Pour all ingredients (except ground black pepper) into a small saucepan.
- Whisk occasionally while heating at medium- low heat for 3-5 minutes, until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat. Add black pepper and stir to combine. Pour into a mug (through a sieve, optional) and enjoy!
