FALL DRINK RECIPE TIME!

Sunset Milk

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (add more as needed)
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients (except ground black pepper) into a small saucepan.
  1. Whisk occasionally while heating at medium- low heat for 3-5 minutes, until hot but not boiling.
  1. Remove from heat. Add black pepper and stir to combine. Pour into a mug (through a sieve, optional) and enjoy!
