5 WAYS I ADD CITRUS TO MY DIET
I love the immune boost I get from citrus. Here are 5 ways I use it:
1. Lemon or lime water (hot or cold).
2. Adding lemon or lime juice to smoothies (it pairs well with a berry smoothie and cuts the taste of spinach and kale as well).
3. Juicing grapefruit, orange, lime, and lemon and drinking it on its own is delicious (an acquired taste, but good).
4. Lemon and ginger in my tea.
5. Adding lemon, orange, or lime slices or juice to my green tea.
I add citrus to my diet because of how amazing it makes me feel. I can tell the difference between when I do it and when I do not.
